One-on-One Executive Coaching (Manager, Directors, C-Suite). 

Transformative Growth. These in-depth, highly tailored one-on-one coaching sessions will support your leaders' professional and personal growth. It will track your leadership development, bring clarity on their next steps, and empower their teams to deliver consistent results. ( 4 strategy sessions + 12 sessions - 2hs each, over 3 - 6 months). 

Skills Based Leadership Development. This short one-on-one training’s focus is to support your decision makers to identify and tackle specific issues they are facing and develop solutions to make an immediate impact. (4 sessions - 1hr weekly or bi-weekly)

Keynotes - Engagement: the key to success.

In this insightful and practical keynote, participants will discover how to think strategically about increasing engagement including the realization that leaders have a massive influence on it. They will discover the 4 best practices to implement to help their team to be more engaged. (45 minutes)

Global Impact Life’s highly interactive engagement half-day or full day workshops dive deep into the 4 implementation best practices to increase engagement and achieve short term results (1) Connecting people to purpose - personal and professional (2) Effective communication (3) Personalized Learning & Development (4) Belongingship - the key to creativity and high performance. We will listen to your team’s specific engagement challenges and collaboratively game plan customized solutions. (half-day or full day workshops)
