Transformative Growth. These in-depth, highly tailored one-on-one coaching sessions will support your leaders' professional and personal growth. ( 4 strategy sessions + 12 sessions - 2hs each, over 3 - 6 months).
Skills Based Leadership Development. This short one-on-one training’s focus is to support your decision makers to identify and tackle specific issues they are facing and develop solutions to make an immediate impact. (4 sessions - 1hr weekly or bi-weekly)
